Using the Clubhouse Grill
Owners have access to use the Gas BBQ, located on the pool deck.
Renters are not permitted to use the grill.

Rules
- The gas BBQ is for the exclusive use by Lincoln Station owners
- Clean grill after cooking (turn flame to high and brush until clean)
- Wipe spills off the stainless steel
- Return lighter to kitchen drawer
- Wash any grill tools used and return to drawer
Lighting Instructions
- Set a 30 minute timer on your cell phone to turn off gas when done cooking
- Confirm 2 main valves are turned off (left side closest to river handles perpendicular)
- Confirm 8 wood handle cooking valves are off
- Open 1 of the 2 main valves (on river side)
- Hold lit lighter against 1 gas pipe
- Slowly turn on 1 wood handle cooking valve below the gas pipe you are lighting
- Repeat as needed for the remaining 7 wood valves.
The imgages below show views of the valve locations and the 8 burner pipes with and without the lava rocks. There are 8 wooden handled valves. Each valve controls the gas pipe behind it. When lighting, hold the lighter through the cooking grate against the burner pipe while lighting.
