Snow Removal
:Snow Plowing:
The Lodge has been contracted for 2024/2025 snow plowing. Some of the details of the contracted services are shown below. You are expected to move your cars temporarily when there is enough plowable snow. If you do not move, your unit and your neighbors might not be cleared. Weekends are the most busy and complex.
Trigger for Service
The Lodge will begin snow removal operations once there is an accumulation of 2 inches on the roadways.
Snow Removal Guidelines
The Lodge agrees to remove accumulated snow as close to the paved surfaces as reasonably possible and will apply salt and sand as deemed necessary in its judgment.
Hours of Service
Snow removal will apply to the main entrance of Lincoln Station, the primary roadway, and the center lanes in occupied parking areas between the hours of 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. daily. No snow removal services are provided between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Parking Areas
The Lodge will use its best reasonable efforts during each pass through Lincoln Station to clear snow from the parking areas as cars are removed by their owners, guests, or tenants.
Snow Shoveling:
The Lodge does not provide shoveling service. We have contracted with with another provider for shoveling.

The shovelers will be dispatched after storms of more than 2 inches per contracted agreement. When there is a dusting of less than 2 inches, they are not dispatched. For example, if there is one inch of snow each day for 5 days, the shovelers will not be dispatched. You are expected to remove your own snow for less than 2 inches.

Walkways will be cleared per trigger above. Decks are not included in the service. The shoveling company will salt/sand if needed when they are on site to shovel. Homeowners are responsible to to maintain salt or sand between treatments during storms.
