Clubhouse

Access to the Lincoln Station Clubhouse is through the front door on Winter Way or through one of the back doors. All doors require keycards to enter. The Clubhouse (including the indoor pool) is open from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm.
For the front door, use the card reader to the right of the door, not the one on the door. |
The Clubhouse includes:
- A Great Room including a kitchen and a large sitting area with a large screen TV. The Great Room is only available to Lincoln Station owners and their guests, not to renters.
- Men's and women's bathrooms and dressing rooms
- A game room with ping pong and foosball tables
- The indoor pool

One of the benefits of being a unit owner in Lincoln Station is use of the Clubhouse facilities. All unit owners can use the clubhouse great room, pool, and barbeque facilities. The great room is locked separately from the rest of the clubhouse and is accessible only to unit owners and their guests.
Unit owners at Lincoln Station can also use the clubhouse great room to host parties and other get togethers that include non-owners. These events are limited to a maximum of 50 people. 🔗 More information can be found here. 🔗
