New Lock on Great Room Door:

Great Room improvements:   
  • The new tables and chairs have arrived.  Please do not drag on the new floors.
  • New soft seating (couch/chairs) will be added next.
  • The cable TV now works.  The entire system can be controlled by the one Spectrum remote control. 
  • Please help us keep the clubhouse clean.
  • Remove any perishables from fridge and empty trash after use.
  • Please lock all doors after use.

Basement improvements:

  • The Basement is in the process of being cleaned and made safe for access by homeowners.   
  • There are some basic yard tools available to be borrowed.  Please clean and return anything that you use to the basement.
  • Touchup paint is available in the basement
  • Do not store your belongings in the clubhouse​

The Clubhouse
Access to the Lincoln Station Clubhouse is through the front door on Winter Way or through one of the back doors. All doors require keycards to enter. The Clubhouse (including the indoor pool) is open from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm.

The Clubhouse includes:
  • A Great Room including a kitchen and a large sitting area with a large screen TV. The Great Room is only available to Lincoln Station owners and their guests, not to renters.
  • Men's and women's bathrooms and dressing rooms
  • A game room with ping pong and foosball tables
  • The indoor pool

One of the benefits of being a unit owner in Lincoln Station is use of the Clubhouse facilities. All unit owners can use the clubhouse great room, pool, and barbeque facilities. The great room is locked separately from the rest of the clubhouse and is accessible only to unit owners and their guests.

Unit owners at Lincoln Station can also use the clubhouse great room to host parties and other get togethers that include non-owners. These events are limited to a maximum of 50 people. 🔗 More information can be found here. 🔗
