During 2024 the buildings that didn't make it during 2023 due to weather will be stained as well as the buildings targeted for 2024. The buildings to be worked on include: 11, 16, 22, 8, 14, and 31.
All units will have necessary siding and rot repair before staining (as agreed with homeowner and at homeowners expense).

If anyone is interested in being considered for nomination for the Board, please submit a brief bio via email to Rick Russell, Association President at rickrussell640@gmail.com with a copy to MTR property management mtrpmc71@gmail.com by Sunday, November 5th. The nominating committee will plan to finalize a recommended slate of candidates for election at November's annual homeowner meeting on the 12th.

Crews are expected to be on site Tuesday and Wednesday, May 16th and 17th for some scheduled tree work.
