Our standard two piles of mulch have been delivered. You can use some to top dress areas around your units.

Rules and Guidelines for the Outdoor Pool

Homeowners are responsible for notifying their renters and guests of these rules and ensuring that they abide by them!

The pool is for Lincoln Station Phase One homeowners and their immediate family members (including children and grandchildren) and house guests. The pool may be used by Lincoln Station Phase One renters, but only by those individuals who are actually renting and residing in the unit. No outside visitors.
Key card is needed to enter the pool area! The walkway along the right side of the clubhouse (from the front deck back to the pool area) now has a doorway with a card reader. You cannot get into the pool area without a key card.
Social distancing (6 feet apart) must be maintained In the pool area.
Pool furniture will be placed with a minimum of 6’ social distancing.
The clubhouse is closed during the renovation of the indoor pool area – there is no access to bathroom or dressing facilities (this will be revisited when the indoor pool area renovation is completed.)
No smoking {anything) in and around the clubhouse and pool area.
No floats In the pool other than noodles and chlldren's flotation with proper supervision.
Pool area users understand that this is a communal area and that by entering the pool area you are assuming the risk of possible exposure to and contraction of COVID-19, and will be considerate of not putting others at risk.

The Lincoln Station Board of Directors reserves the right to close the pool area to any homeowner or renter based upon health and safety considerations.

These rules will be reviewed during the course of the season, and appropriately adjusted based on the circumstances of the COVID pandemic and pool usage experience.

Outdoor Pool Opening

We are currently scheduled to re-open the Outdoor Pool for the season on May 20.

The board is currently working on a list of Covid-based rules and restrictions and we will post another notice as soon as they are worked out.

The indoor pool remains closed for several reasons: (1) Construction, (2) Need to install new air exchanger, (3) Covid. As soon as things change we will post another notice.
