There be BEARS here!

This picture was taken yesterday at one of the dumpsters by one of our owners. The mom had four cubs with her.

Two things...

1. Be cautions when walking around the community, especially at night, and especially near the dumpsters.

2. Please be sure to place all garbage inside the dumpster and make sure the chains are latched on the dumpsters after you use them.


3. Do not bait the bears or attempt to approach them.
