Three documents were distributed via email from the new TOPS management system on Friday (February 19).

1. 2021 Budget and 2020 Actuals
2. Balance Sheet as of 12/31/2020
3. Summary of the Major Maintenance Reserve Account

 The Lincoln Station Board meetings are open to the homeowners. Since they were held in the Clubhouse, if a homeowner wanted to attend they would just show up.

Over the past year, our meetings have been held on Zoom and we haven't advertised how to attend. This hasn't been a problem, really, since the meetings are usually over 2 hours long and pretty boring so people don't usually attend unless they have something very specific to discuss.

But, in any case, we wanted to ensure that the invitation was out there, so we have created a form to request to attend. Please fill this out at least a week ahead of the meeting. You can access the form here:
