Town of Lincoln Ordinances
As residents of the Town of Lincoln we should all be familiar with the Town Ordinances that affect many of the activities associated with living (and playing) in town.
Also, those homeowners who rent out their units are responsible for ensuring that renters are aware of the Town ordinances — in addition to the Lincoln Station HOA rules related to renters and homeowners. Note that if the Lincoln Station HOA has any rules associated with any of these activities, the more restrictive rule (HOA or Town) is the one that must be followed.

Public Drinking Ordinance
Excerpt: No person shall drink any alcoholic beverage or alcoholic liquor or carry open containers containing any alcoholic beverage or alcoholic liquor or partially consumed alcoholic beverage or alcoholic liquor . . . within the limitations of or upon any public highway, public street, public sidewalk, municipal park, municipal parking lot, any public way, or upon the grounds of any public building ...

Disorderly Actions Ordinance
Excerpt: This ordinance is designed to protect the quality of life and welfare of every member of our community ... A person is guilty of disorderly actions if (I) Such person creates a condition which is hazardous to such person or another in a public place by any action which serves no legitimate purpose...(II) Such person causes a breach of the peace, public inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm, or creates risk thereof...

Permissible Fireworks Ordinance
Excerpt: Any person wishing to discharge NH Permissible (Consumer) Fireworks shall obtain a written firework permit from the Fire Chief or his authorized designee. A permit shall be obtained before any discharge of permissible fireworks is to occur.

Animal Control Ordinance
Excerpt: An ordinance "Prohibiting dogs from running at large within the corporate limits of the Town of Lincoln; authorizing the impounding of dogs running at large, whether licensed or unlicensed; redemption of impounded dogs; and providing a penalty.

Wild Animal Ordinance
Excerpt: This ordinance is adopted in an effort to assist our residents and guests in peacefully coexisting with the wild animals upon whose habitat we are infringing. Also, this ordinance is intended to enhance freedom and safety of movement in public areas of town.
