During 2024 the buildings that didn't make it during 2023 due to weather will be stained as well as the buildings targeted for 2024. The buildings to be worked on include: 11, 16, 22, 8, 14, and 31.
All units will have necessary siding and rot repair before staining (as agreed with homeowner and at homeowners expense). |
