We are currently scheduled to re-open the Outdoor Pool for the season on May 20.
The board is currently working on a list of Covid-based rules and restrictions and we will post another notice as soon as they are worked out. The indoor pool remains closed for several reasons: (1) Construction, (2) Need to install new air exchanger, (3) Covid. As soon as things change we will post another notice.

As the pool has been closed for over a year, why wasn’t the air exchanger (dehumidifier) not installed during the closing?

I dont think there is a single answer to the question. Having multiple projects going slows things down (we needed to rebuild the front wall). One board member spent a month over the winter collecting information and preliminary quotes for different types of systems and technologies. We then spent a substantial portion of a board member reviewing the alternatives and choosing one. THen time was spent negotiating a price with the vendor. And finally we got a shipment date that was initially in April but slipped to June due to supply chain issues. Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
