The town of Lincoln included this year's water quality report with the Tax Bills that were recently sent out. We've posted a copy here on the website (under the CALENDAR/NOTICES menu). You can get to it directly here🔗.
This year's annual chimney inspection will begin on Tuesday, May 16.
Rick Vollmer, your chimney sweep, will be on site 2-3 days while completing his inspections. The chimney and firebox in each unit will be inspected as well as accessibility of a fire extinguisher. A report will be provided to each unit owner.
If you have any questions or concerns in this regard please contact the management office at 603-726-4044.
The paving project is still on track to start on April 24 and run for two weeks. It is a little "touch and go" right now because there is still snow on the ground but the team did a walk around with the contractor over the past few days and they are hopeful that things will be ready by the 24th.
A note to owners in buildings 7 and 15. Please be careful when using your access walks. Some of the timbers have been removed in preparation for the rebuilding project and additional timbers will be removed this week.
If there is any change to the project or dates we will send out an email to all homeowners.
A new email was sent to the Lincoln Station Homeowners mailing list on March 28. The contents can be found here on the website (login required) at:
The last post indicated that Homeowner's weekend would be on May 27. We have moved it a week earlier to May 20. We received feedback that Memorial Day weekend was not convenient for a number of people.
Please update your calendars!
[This letter was sent to all homeowners on January 29.]
Your Board of Directors held its January meeting on Saturday and reviewed plans for the next few months. We've set dates for several events through the spring. We include all important dates on the calendar on the Lincoln Station website (here).
The paving project is currently scheduled for the two week period from April 24 to May 5. During this period no cars will be allowed on the property. We will be coordinating with abutting properties for parking during this period for those that need to be on site during the project. We will provide more information as it is available. Note that the project is processing on schedule and all required permits have been applied for. Note that the dates can change either due to procedural issues or weather. More information will be provided as we get closer to starting the project.
Homeowners' weekend will be held on Saturday, May 27. As usual we will organize work on the property in the morning from 9AM to about 1PM. There will be a board meeting at 4PM and our social will be at 5:30. More information and signup will be provided as the date gets closer.
Please check the back here on the website periodically for updated information. We will send email for important issues and changes, but we try hard to not flood you with emails, so the website will be kept up to date with status on everything going on.
Enjoy the snow!
Your Board of Directors
