The Lincoln Station Board meetings are open to the homeowners. Since they were held in the Clubhouse, if a homeowner wanted to attend they would just show up.
Over the past year, our meetings have been held on Zoom and we haven't advertised how to attend. This hasn't been a problem, really, since the meetings are usually over 2 hours long and pretty boring so people don't usually attend unless they have something very specific to discuss.
But, in any case, we wanted to ensure that the invitation was out there, so we have created a form to request to attend. Please fill this out at least a week ahead of the meeting. You can access the form here:

The next meeting of the Lincoln Station Board of Directors is on April 23, 2021 at 3pm. If there are any topics that you would like to bring to the attention of the board, please let Moriarty Management know at least two weeks before the meeting,
