Dear Lincoln Station Homeowner,
Annual chimney inspections for Lincoln Station have been scheduled beginning April14th and will take approximately 4 days to complete. Certified Chimney Sweep, Rick Vollmer, will test smoke detectors, look for the presence of fire extinguishers. and perform cleanings where necessary. Once complete you will be notified of any defects or repairs needed. If this time frame is not convenient for you please notify our office so we may reschedule your inspection.
